Refund and Returns Policy

In line with providing our customers with the best quality and client experience, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy to make the process as simple and convenient as possible.

REPALCEMENT/REFUND TIMEFRAME:

We offer a 14-day replacement or return policy to our customers. If more than 14 days have passed since you received the item, we cannot offer you a refund or replacement.

To be eligible for a return

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Your item must be purchased through Zanpee.com.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and photogenic evidence that the item you received is flawed or damaged.

RETURN SERVICE:

We currently don’t offer returns. Instead, we provide free replacements for defective items. No need to return the original item.

RETURNS NEED TO MEET ALL OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

  • Items must be flawed or damaged in order to be eligible.
  • Returns have to be sent via registered mail
  • Delivered item has defective print, wrong item, wrong size, wrong color, wrong design, and faulty.
  • All items have to be in their original packaging and well-packed for shipping
  • A print-out of the invoice must be included
  • Any item that does not meet the conditions above will not be refunded or replacement .

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

SUBMITTING A COMPLAINT:

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  • Order number
  • Video/image of defective product
  • For printing errors, attach a photo of the error
  • If items are missing, provide an image of the package cover with the shipping label
  • Full delivery address
  • Contact phone number

Our support team will review the photos/videos you submit, and if your item qualifies, we will resend the product to you at no additional charge. In rare cases where a replacement is not practical, we will reimburse you for the full cost of the eligible product, including shipping costs.

Note:

  • Submit a return request within 14 days after receiving your goods. After this period, we can’t offer a replacement or refund.
  • Inquiries are typically addressed within 24 hours.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds are processed within 72-96 hours of eligibility verification.
Late or Missing Refunds

LATE or MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account first. Then, contact your credit card company and bank, as there may be some processing time involved. If you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, then you can change and cancel the order. It must be required for the user to contact us within 12 hours regarding order cancellation or change.

Once the product is packaged and ready for shipping then you’re not eligible to cancel it anymore.

GIFTS

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

SHIPPING FEE

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. But if an item is damaged or defective, we will pay the return shipping costs.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.
